How Much Protein Do You Need?
Many players commit themselves to serious and daunting training regimes and then wonder what they need to eat, this includes wondering how much protein they need to eat to stimulate anabolism, the growth of new muscle fibers, also known as protein synthesis.

How To Stretch For Ice Hockey
In hockey it is important to stretch in order to be able to maximise absolute muscular force as explained on http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XeEIoGMldyc - ASAPScience's video on "Does Stretching/Warming Up Actually Help?"
But, many hockey players do not know a big enough series of different dynamic and static stretches needed to stretch each muscle involved in Hockey such as the hip flexors, trunk, quadriceps, hamstrings, calves, etc.

What Is The Cause Of Diabetes?
Can you actually get a sugar rush and/or crush? My thoughts are no, this is because I believe that a High-Carb Raw Vegan diet is great for a sustained low body weight, however there are many other methods in which can be used to achieve the same goal, this is just my preferred method on how to do so.

How To Play Hockey Better And More Consistently
Why are KFC, McDonalds and Burger King bad meal choices before hockey?
It may be a tasty meal but have you considered a levels of fat, sugar, and salt, in it?
A Mcdonalds Big Mac contains 490 calories and that's without fries, 216 of which come from fat which equates to approximately 24g of fat, which is roughly half of what you should be eating a day to stay lean, now let me show you what your blood looks like after consuming this much fat, that yellow portion in the blood is the fat from the cheeseburger that the patient had eaten the previous night, this fat is very viscous, slowing down the transport of oxygen to the working muscles, this means, your legs aren't going to be able to move as quickly and your recovery times will be longer meaning, with each shift you will feel worse and worse.

Bauer Premium Player Bag Review
This review is about the Bauer Premium Player Bag, I will tell you about it features (pockets, zips, side pockets, etc), it it's durable and whether or not the bag suits you.
Firstly, the bag comes in two colour options that I know of Red/white and Blue/white
Red Blue
I am almost certain there are other colour choices too, so bauer definitely has considered different tastes in bags, good so far.

How To Stay Hydrated In Hockey
In hockey, what's the thing you do the most? Sweat. And in hockey that means dehydration, so to avoid this you need to know exactly how to replenish your bodys water levels, that involves knowing how much difference in weight there is before and after a match.
